1. Cancellations & Refunds:

Flights:
Refunds for flight bookings are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy. Some airlines may offer a full refund within a specified period (e.g., 24 hours after booking), while others may charge cancellation fees. Refund eligibility is determined by the airline’s terms.

Hotels:
Hotel bookings can typically be cancelled within a set period (e.g., 48-72 hours before check-in) for a full refund, minus any processing fees. If cancelled after the cut-off, a partial or no refund may apply, depending on the hotel's policy.

Tours & Activities:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%. No refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.

Package Deals:
For multi-service bookings (flight, hotel, etc.), cancellation policies will vary by each component. Refunds will be processed according to the terms set by each service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.).

2. Changes to Booking:

Flight Changes:
Some airlines allow for free changes within 24 hours of booking. After this window, change fees may apply, and any difference in fare will be your responsibility. Please check with the airline for specific change policies.

Hotel Changes:
Hotels may allow changes to your reservation up to a certain time before check-in (typically 24-48 hours). Any changes made within the cancellation window may incur a fee.

Tours & Activities:
Changes to tour bookings are typically allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. However, fees may apply depending on the provider.

3. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. The time taken for funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and bank processing times.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Some services, such as non-refundable flight tickets, special offers, or certain tour packages, may not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Always check the specific terms during booking.
